### What does NZT Consulting do?

NZT Consulting is a business consulting firm in Calgary and Vernon. We find what's slowing an owner-led business down and build the fix: websites that do a job, brand strategy, back-office systems, automation, and being found on Google and in AI assistants. We start with the problem, then build the right solution.

### Who does NZT Consulting work with?

Owner-led and leadership-led small and midsize businesses, from trades and builders to events and local services, across Alberta and British Columbia.

### Where is NZT Consulting based?

Calgary, Alberta and Vernon, British Columbia. We work with clients across both provinces, including Calgary, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, Kamloops, the North Okanagan and central Alberta.

### How do I get my business to show up when people ask ChatGPT, Google or another AI assistant?

Make the business easy to find, read and quote. That means a website whose text search engines and assistants can read, the same business details everywhere you are listed, clear answers to the questions customers ask, and other sites that mention you. We set this up and check what the assistants say every month. No one can guarantee a placement, and we don't.

### Do we need AI?

No. Many useful automations follow plain rules. We use AI where it creates a real advantage and leave it out where it doesn't.

### What is Spa by NZT?

Spa stands for Solutions, Planning and Automation. It covers shared dashboards, client portals and project systems, plans with clear owners and milestones, and automations that take repeated admin off your team.

### Can you work with the software we already use?

Where your software supports suitable connections, yes. We check what is possible, and what isn't, while we define the project.

### Do we own our website?

Yes. Your domain stays in your own account, and we say up front where the site is hosted and who pays for what.

### Can we start small?

Yes. One page, one process or one fix is a good start. Customer intake, project coordination, approvals and reporting are common first steps.

By scope. We define what needs to change, then quote it before any work starts.
