# Privacy notice. > What we collect when you visit nztconsulting.ai or contact us, why we collect it, where it is stored, and how to see or correct it. NZT Consulting Corp. is an Alberta corporation with offices in Calgary, Alberta and Vernon, British Columbia. ## What we collect - From the contact form: your name and email address, your business name and phone number if you choose to give them, and your message. - With each form message: the website that sent you to us (its name only, such as a search engine or an AI assistant), the first page you opened on our site, and any campaign tags in the link you followed. Your browser holds these in session storage until you close the tab, and they reach us only if you send the form. - From every visit: our website host records standard request details, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. ## Why we collect it - To read your message, reply to you and follow up on what you asked about. - To understand how people find us: which search engines, assistants, sites and campaigns lead to a conversation. - To keep the site running and protect it from spam and abuse. We do not sell your information, use it for advertising or add you to a mailing list. By sending the form you agree to the uses on this page. If you want something handled differently, tell us. ## Who handles it for us - Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and stores contact form messages. Netlify stores form messages in the United States. - Microsoft runs our email through Microsoft 365. Form messages are emailed to us, and our mailboxes are hosted in Canada. - Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on our four business card pages, so opening one of those pages sends your IP address to Google. The rest of the site uses fonts we host ourselves. Information stored or processed in another country is subject to that country's laws and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities. These providers handle your information to deliver their services to us, under their own terms and privacy commitments. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it, and we will update this notice before we add a provider that handles your information. ## How long we keep it We keep your message and our replies only as long as we need them to respond, follow up and keep business records. We delete contact form messages from Netlify, and the related email, within 24 months of our last contact with you, unless you become a client; client records are kept as long as tax and business law require. If we use your information to make a decision about you, we keep it for at least one year after that decision. ## How we protect it Only the NZT team members who need your message can see it. The site is served over encrypted connections, and our hosting account is protected with multi-factor sign-in. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will tell you and report it to the privacy commissioners as the law requires. ## Your rights - Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy. - Ask us to correct it if it is wrong. - Withdraw your consent. We will stop using your information except where the law requires us to keep it, though we may then be unable to reply. - Ask how our service providers outside Canada handle your information. - Ask for a paper copy of this notice.
